Henderson is a city in Clark County, Nevada, United States, seven miles southeast of Las Vegas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 175,381, with a 2006 Census estimate placing the population at 240,614.

He is a graduate of New York University and an entrepreneur who spent most of his adult life in the apparel industry as an importer of young men’s apparel. In 1993 after 49 years in New York, Bob and his wife moved to the excitement of Las Vegas.
After a brief retirement in 1996, Bob entered the real estate market in 1997 as a lender and then as a real estate agent in 2000.  From his unique perspective, Bob has witnessed and has been an integral part of the amazing growth of the Las Vegas Real Estate Market in financing and real estate sales. Bob has kept abreast of all facets of the Las Vegas real estate market by earning the designations of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and JustListed.com Certified Professional and has been a member of various committees of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®. Bob is also a two-time past president of High Noon Lectern Toastmasters, was an Area Governor for Toastmasters International, as a PAYBAC speaker (Professionals and Youth Building a Commitment), he mentors the students in the public middle schools admonishing them to finish school using himself as an example of success and the importance of education.
